Our commitment

To provide Financial Advice for Insurance Products to our Clients in accordance with the Standards for the Code of Professional Conduct for Financial Advice Services for Ethical Behaviour, Conduct and Client Care. Our Financial Advice provides good outcomes for our Clients.

Treat Clients Fairly

We will listen to your needs, communicate with you in a professional and appropriate manner, and respond to your requests in a timely fashion. We will ensure that we work with you to discover what your needs are, we will respect the decisions made by you, and we will ensure that our communication methods do not put pressure you to make any decisions you are not comfortable with.

Act with Integrity

We will ensure that we only recommend financial products or services that we are qualified to recommend, and only those that meet your needs. We will not recommend  products or services that are not required or appropriate for you.

We will ensure that any conflict of interest is acknowledged and addressed, and we will not act in any way that would be likely to bring the financial advice industry into disrepute.

Give Advice that is suitable

We will ensure that any financial advice provided to you is given based on your specific needs and circumstances, and that it is relevant to your financial situation, goals and risk tolerance. We will explain to you why we are recommending the products or services, prior to your decision to proceed. We will declare any assumptions we have made that have assisted in the recommendations we have provided.

Ensure that the Client understands the Financial Advice

We will use clear and concise communication methods, provided in a timely fashion, to ensure that you fully understand the nature and scope of the advice we are providing you, including any limitations to the advice. We will also ensure that you have a full understanding of the costs and fees involved in accepting the advice, so that you are able to make an informed decision.

We will advise you if we believe that you should seek additional advice beyond the scope that we are able to provide you. We will also provide you with a disclosure statement that outlines our limitations as financial advisors, and what your options are if you are unhappy with the service we provide.

Protect Client Information

We will ensure that any information provided by you is used, retained or disclosed solely for the purpose of providing financial advice, unless otherwise agreed by you, or required of us by law. We will also ensure that security measures are taken to the best of our ability to protect your information from being accessed by any unauthorised personnel.
